Details of Grievance Redressal Mechanism and How to Access It
In case of a grievance/complaint, investors should first approach the concerned research analyst and aim for resolution within 30 days.
If the complaint remains unresolved, investors may lodge a complaint with SEBI through its SCORES portal, a centralized online complaint redressal system. SEBI will then address the complaint with the intermediary for a timely resolution. SCORES allows investors to track the status of their complaint.
